ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are shipped from Germany using reputable postal and courier services, including but not limited to:
• DHL
• Deutsche Post
• Hermes
• DPD
• UPS
The shipping carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, and service availability.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to Germany and selected international destinations.
Shipping availability and costs are displayed during checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and applicable shipping rates.
Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.
Some shipping methods may not include tracking.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by local authorities.
TFE Studios is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by the destination country.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the package.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
• Take photographs of the package and contents.
• Contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
